Hermes Creative Awards Winner
Will Mokry an Austin, Texas-based creative director, has won platinum and gold awards from the prestigious, internationally recognized, Hermes Creative Awards.
The winning platinum entry for Espinoza Stone, Inc., a custom virtual reality web application, Espinoza Profiles™, is a marketing tool that enables the company's customers to visualize stone products using provided residential and commercial building elevations found within the app. Alternatively, users may upload their architectural rendering or building image to "try-on" stone products. "The Visualizer App we developed with Will Mokry and Renoworks Software has increased our customer engagement by allowing them to visualize Espinoza stone on their home plans. The visualizer app was a home run for us because it solved a longstanding problem and helped our vendors sell more of our products," said Matt Torno, Marketing Director, Espinoza Stone, Inc.
Will Mokry developed and managed the concept, implementation, and launch strategy of the application. He collaborated with Renoworks Software of Calgary, Alberta, Canada to make the product visualization tool a reality with cutting-edge software technology. "I wanted to provide my client with an advanced tool to better assist the selection and sale of stone products, and give Espinoza Stone a competitive advantage in the marketplace," said Will Mokry, Creative Director. The winning gold entry is a website redesign for Tyler, Texas law firm, Flowers Davis, PLLC. The new site better exemplifies the mission of the law firm and provides site visitors vibrant visuals, clean, crisp page layouts, and ease of navigation -- efficiently helping them explore over fifteen law practice areas. The site is search engine optimized with on-page content and code for maximum exposure and ranking within organic search results. "Will Mokry captured the essence of the firm and communicated their brand, visually, with brilliant creative. The new Flowers Davis website exudes approachable professionalism, which is the hallmark of the firm," said Janna Fain, Ignite Business Services, Marketing Consultant for Flowers Davis.
The firm's entries were among over 6,000 from the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Asia. The Hermes Creative Awards is the annual competition of the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). The international organization oversees awards and recognition programs, rewarding outstanding achievement and service to the creative services industry.
